Fondazione Giuliani è lieta di presentare la prima mostra personale ed istituzionale in Europa dell’artista N. Dash

 

“La lingua araba è meravigliosa per Wanderwort*…

 

Una mattina in classe, rifletté sulla parola per “mud brick”. Nel geroglifico antico era djebet diventando poi tobe in copto, in seguito gli arabi aggiunsero l’articolo determinativo trasformandolo in al-tuba, mentre in Spagna arrivò come adobar, e più tardi, nel sud-ovest americano, dove questa cosa pesante viaggiò per 4 millenni e 7000 miglia, finalmente divenne adobe.
